Excellent location (5 metro stations from the central station); there is also a direct connection to Hamburg Airport.- 20 -30 minutes. Very friendly and efficient staff, all the necessary facilities, a very good three-star hotel. In the area there are enough restaurants, a supermarket, and a natural park (forest). Very suitable for both, business trip and city break.

The room was quite comfortable, clean, with an extra small bed for the little one. The staff was very nice. I had a client call, and they led me to a quiet corner in the breakfast area. They fully accommodated me. The location was also very convenient. Super close to the metro that took only a few stops to the center.

Excellent location close S train and metro, 10 min to Hamburg main station and direct connection with airport. Perfect for a business stay or for overnight. Comfortable bed and enough space.

The hotel is conveniently located right by two metro lines, one connecting to the main train station and one to the airport. There are two options for parking - indoor and outdoor. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great water pressure in the shower. There are many restaurants and grocery stores in the area, making it easy to get breakfast and a late dinner. The design of the hotel is very stylish. WiFi was good.

Breakfast was really well done. They even had a wafflemaker, which I hadn't seen before in other Ibis hotels. Staff was very helpfull and friendly to sort out the booking differences and the parking garage.

The staff were so friendly and have great customer service. The place is spotless clean and looks quite funky. They do lovely pizza for a very reasonable price until late, which was great in the event you don't want to go back out into the city with kids. The area has lots of cafes and restaurants and is quite a vibrant area. Ibis is perfect for a stay when the focus will be on exploring all there is to see in the city and not hanging around the hotel.

I've stayed here with 2 kids, and the room large enough to accomodate 2 kids and 1 parent. The shower was perfect and also the bed was sturdy and comfortable. Their wifi is also excellent and really fast and stable. The breakfast was very nice and enough to choose from, you can even make fresh waffles!

Location of the hotel is simply superb. We preferred keeping the car in the hotel parking (which is 12 Euros per day) & take the train to all the destinations in Hamburg. Both the S & U stations are just 300/400meters from the hotel. You get everything in the vicinity as there is good marketplace very near to the hotel. The location is great to take a long stroll or go for a run.

the staffs are very friendly and efficient to prepare check in earlier when there is room availability. simple facilities with all I need to stay over the weekend (tower, hair/hand/body shower, tv). it has air conditioner so dutiable when travel during the summer.

A good base for a first time visit to Hamburg. Less than 10 min from the CBD by S and T bahn on route to Airport. Pleasant modestly priced bar/pizza restaurant
